Training, Research,
& Industry Development

Starpeco's commitment extends beyond supply — we actively build technical knowledge and industry capacity across Tanzania's road construction sector.

Training & Demonstrations

Starpeco has actively promoted cold mix asphalt technology through training and demonstrations in key regions — Mwanza, Mtwara, Dodoma, Kigoma, Dar es Salaam, Manyara, and Zanzibar.

These sessions were conducted under TANROADS, ZANROAD, and TARURA — showcasing the practical benefits of cold mix asphalt in real-world applications and directly engaging contractors, engineers, and government agencies to strengthen industry knowledge and adoption of sustainable paving solutions.

Over 400 artisans trained in cold patching techniques in Dodoma City — with live demonstration works on Magufuli and Samia Roads under TEA/SDF, TARURA, and VETA collaboration.
